Few achievements on the product side:
- I have founded Intelaawke and paved way for India’s 1st smart belt.
- Single handedly completed pre-pilots with over 200+ schools in just 03 months. In pre-pilots, approached schools with the physical samples of our belt and discussed on the Product, Design, Color, Features, Mobile apps, Value-proposition (Win-Win for Parents, Schools & Kids), Pricing etc and collected willingness-to- buy forms from schools.
- Created rockstar founding team members across: Electronics – Hardware & Firmware | Operations & Strategic partnerships and got successful product founders as mentors who are doing millions in revenues today.
- Faced difficulties in procuring components, as ours is also the 1st activity tracker based on NFC tech. We have collaborated with STMicro-electronics for hardware components & tech support on NFC.
- Completed our 1st POC – Proof of concept with various inputs received from pre-pilots.
- Finalized Design, CMF, overall BOM – Electronics & Hardware along with costs & suppliers.
- Completed our 1st engineering build in the month of Dec’22.
Few achievements on the business side:
- Created Financial projections, CAC & Unit Economics.
- Created & led GTM: Go-to-Marketing strategies.
- Made strategic partnerships and signed MOU’s worth INR 54Cr with 02 edtech companies.
- MOU’s are in progress and to be signed worth INR 58Cr with 03 other edtech companies.
- We are in early stage discussions with 10+ other edtech companies for strategic partnerships & MOU signoffs.
