- I lead the finance team. Supervised Industrial /Civil/ Infrastructure/ Hospital/ Multiplex/Hostel/ Plant/Refinery/Hotel/Pipeline (52) projects worth INR 3255 million from cost and finance angle.
- Provided expertise and helped the team analyze projects, Budget vs. Actual, and adherence to financial discipline while contributing with broad guidelines in the achievement Project’s profitability.
- I successfully managed enhancement in Working Capital facilities from bankers with a team. I arranged funds from NBFCs and term loans from State financial institutions at economical rates.
- Played a critical role in the company’s Public Issues and marketed in Gujarat State. I organized conferences/meetings and liaised with the Registrar, Stock Exchanges, and Bankers to the Issue.
- Established system for Cash flow, timely MIS, prudent Budget.
